This was the WORST experience I had in a long time! Do not book here! It’s not worth it. There are so many other hotels in this area that will give you much better value for your money! They are not flexible have bad communication and not friendly. Especially the manager was very rude. We had booked a twin bed and when we arrived they suddenly said they could only give us a room with two single beds - no discount possible! Not even one bath. She acted like we were asking for something crazy. A small discount would have been the least. Very disappointing.

Overview Marvin Suites Hotel is a mid-range boutique hotel located in the Sathon of Bangkok, Thailand. It has a more apartment-style vibe with spacious suites featuring living rooms, dining areas, and kitchenettes. The hotel caters primarily to business travelers. Rooms The guest rooms range from 30-50 sqm and are tastefully decorated in a simple, modern style. They come equipped with a kitchenette, work desk, living area, and most have a separate bedroom. Beds are comfortable and linens are of good quality. The bathrooms are clean and functional. Some suites have balconies. Facilities Hotel facilities include a fitness center, business center, restaurant, bar, small outdoor pool and poolside bar. There is complimentary wifi, parking, and shuttle service within the Sathon district. The rooftop lounge offers city views. Overall, the facilities meet the needs of business travelers. Location The hotel enjoys a convenient location on Sathon Road within walking distance to the Saint Louis BTS station. It's close to many corporate offices, embassies, and restaurants. However, the area can get very congested during rush hour. It's not ideal for tourist sightseeing. Service The service is best described as efficient but not particularly warm. Staff are helpful in providing directions and arranging transportation. Some guests felt service could be more attentive. Overall Marvin Suites Hotel is a solid mid-range choice for business travelers and those looking for apartment-style accommodations. It may disappoint those seeking luxury touches or charm, but offers comfortable suites and a convenient location at reasonable prices. Proximity to the BTS station is a major advantage.

The hotel is in prime location and easily accessible to local trains. Taxis and Tuk Tuk are also available. I would suggest to take trains to avoid getting stuck in traffic. The trains fares are reasonable. Nearby Buddhist temples and Hindu temple(Vishnu and Mari Amman temple) are there. Room prices were quite reasonable and worthy. Pantry items were limited such Tea, Coffee, Milk and sugar sachets. Suggest to keep them more. Housing keeping was too good.

Marvin Suites hotel is located in the Sathorn soi (11) Yanawa, Bangkok. Business offices and small shops are near the hotel. Hotel place is little narrow. Eight story building. Rooms are need and tidy. Aircon, WiFi, hot water available inside the room. There is no breakfast for the guests. Car parking is in the ground floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
