We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and we didn't have a single problem. From getting to the hotel to checking out, all was smooth. When we arrived, it was before check-in, so we were asked if we would like to be backed and kept so we could go and explore. When we got our room, it was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing each morning with great service all 4 times. The front desk employees were very friendly and always welcomed us with a smile! When it was time to check out, they stowed our bags until it was time for us to leave.

Awesome Hotel! Location is best. 10min walk from Termini, and then fro there you can easily reach all central attractions. 15-20minutes walking distance to Trevi, Colloseum etc. Breakfast is great, receptionists are fantastic! Best stay there.

Very good location. Room was okay, bathroom was small. Wifi was very bad. Breakfast was decent and the servers were nice. I called the front desk and asked if the minibar was charged or complimentary. He said complimentary. Later on we were told our package did not include the mini bar and it was chargeable. We had to be very firm with him but he did comp us what we had consumed. It feels really weird having to give your keys to the front desk when leaving…I have not been to a hotel without key cards and actual old keys in a very very long time. They need to update.

We had a great 3 night stay at Hotel Mascagni. The highlight of our stay at the hotel was the hospitality of Daniel, he served us drinks, brought wine to our room and gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner nearby.all of the staff were great but he stood out to us as going above and beyond. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were very nice, considering the location in the heart of Rome you expect them to be slightly smaller which they were in comparison to other places we have stayed but all amenities were there. The hotel is actually split into two - the hotel and then what they call the Luxury Suites which is newer. It was a great experience overall, would definitely recommend to those staying in Rome!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
