During my recent stay at Hotel Mascagni Luxury Rooms & Suites, located in the heart of Rome, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation provided. The hotel is situated in a building next to Hotel Mascagni, and the check-in process requires guests to check in at Hotel Mascagni. From there, the staff escorted us to the building next door, where we were accommodated in a deluxe room that was modern, spacious, and soundproof, making it very convenient as it was located on a busy street. The room was equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a pleasant surprise, and it was cleaned every day, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The highlight of the room was its balcony, which provided a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. It was an excellent spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Rome. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of Termini station, making it very convenient for those traveling by train. The breakfast buffet was also delightful and offered a great variety of food options, including hot and cold dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mascagni. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Rome.

If I had an option, it should be minus Five, terrible experience with this hotel, not recommended at all costs, they will steal your belongings when you’re not present, and I think reception and mates are in combination with a guy named Fabio that takes your luggage to your room if not tip given at that moment, and reception stuff not even educated and treating customers like if they were there for free plus the mate won’t clean the room properly but for sure they are instructed to take and steal whatever they can!!! Disgusting place!!!!

This place exceeded our expectations! We only stayed one night before an early flight out of FCO but really enjoyed having such a luxurious room for our last night in Italy. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was sleek and spacious. The staff was very friendly as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was great, staff phenomenal, breakfast buffet excellent. The rooms were most certainly not “luxury” and I question whether it was cleaned properly prior to our arrival. The lotion was 1/2 full with lid ajar and bathtub had dust and grime. The mini fridge did not get very cold either. Would not recommend unless you are on a tight budget and only need a place for 1-2 nights.

Decent hotel. Staff was argumentative. I called front desk to ask if minibar was complimentary or charged, to which he said “complimentary”. The next day they tried to play it off as a language barrier but we stood our ground and got it comped. Good location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
