        Avoid!!! Here’s something I’ve never seen anywhere before Whilst having breakfast at the hotel restaurant, a staff member was having their breakfast on a table near me. When he finished he had a croissant on he plate he couldn’t finish and he got up, walked towards the buffet and placed it back on display!!!!!!😤😤🤮🤮 Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! They are putting their leftovers back on the buffet for their guests to eat😮😮😮 I freaked out and asked for the manager. when he arrived and I explained, he disappeared and never came back!!! Great German hospitality!!!

        I updated my review to Positive to be fair. The hotel promptly addressed the issue and provided a heartfelt apology. I appreciate your attention and assistance in this matter. ----------------------------- I booked a stay at this hotel for my parents, and while the rooms and food experience were great, It was ruined by the experience with the rude receptionist. Firstly, the room was comfortable, and the food was good. I also had a good experience with the Customer Service team for their swift and effective response when I encountered an issue with the reservation; they resolved it quickly, which I greatly appreciated. However, the reason for my negative review is mainly centred around a rather unpleasant encounter my parents had with one of the receptionists. After having breakfast, my parents were unexpectedly told they needed to pay for it, despite my prior arrangement and payment for their breakfast for the entire stay. I immediately contacted the hotel's Customer Service to verify the payment, and they confirmed that breakfast had indeed been pre-paid. I kindly requested that a member of the reception team reach out to my parents to rectify the situation and offer an apology for the misunderstanding. To my surprise, I was told that there was a "communication issue" because my parents supposedly "don't speak English." I found this explanation ridiculous, as the same person that conveyed the payment issue could surely convey an apology for the hotel's mistake. Does the "communication issue" only appears when you have to apologise? Regardless of any communication barriers, it is a basic expectation that hotel staff treat guests with respect and courtesy. Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere is fundamental to ensuring guests enjoy their stay. Overall, while the hotel itself was alright, the negative experience with the receptionist left a negative lasting impression.

        Breakfast is what Americans would call “Continental”. Corn Flakes, yogurt, pastries, bread, toast, scrambled eggs (cold), hard boiled eggs (also cold), cheese, and sweet meats. Basically nit what many are use to. And it goes quickly if the hotel is busy. We didn’t find anywhere else nearby to get breakfast. Gym is a cross trainer, exercise bike, and Bodycraft weight machine. All located in the front window next to the entrance. No worries as the laundry room is a line a pink washing machines right behind the gym. The DJ’s equipment is set up on top of the washing machines. Basically as you set into the building you have the front desk / bar in front of you, desks ti work out to the left and to the right are the gym, laundry room, DJ, sitting area, and breakfast area. An unconventional layout. Room was typical hotel room with the addition of a small refrigerator and a kitchen sink. So you are not cooking a meal there and with no bowls, plates, or cutlery you aren’t sorting breakfast out for yourself either. Location wise the Moosfeld underground station is ~5 minutes walk away. On the U2 line you can get into the centre of Munich is ~20 minutes. If you are headed to the conference centre that is ~30 minutes walk which was a pleasant journey. Let down by breakfast and lack of local places to eat.

        No no no... This hotel is a NO with uppercase. Room was not cleaned until previous night before leaving (we arrived with the room not properly prepared) Short version: room was full of dust and cologne (or perfume) spread on the table of the previous guests. So basically it was all dusty and sticky and smelly. Full version: we stayed 3 nights at the hotel. When we arrived, the room was not properly prepared (not even toilet paper, and the fridge was stained). We complained and wait for the next day to be cleaned. That never happened, even though we hanged the sign for cleaning outside the door, we left some notes in each place inside the room that needed some cleaning and complained with the receptionist. On our last day we complained again, and for our surprise somebody passed through the room. The fridge was cleaned but the dust was still there and cologne (or perfume) was not cleared. Breakfast: it is ok, but not worth 15 euros. We were not able to cancel it because of the reservation in booking. They include it in the final price and you can not take out. My guess is that they don't have a strong process. If you complain in the reception, then they should pass your complain to the corresponding area (like cleaning manager or something) and that manager should check that the rooms have been cleaned by passing through the hallway and making sure that at least the hanging sign is not there anymore. We left the room empty for 12 hours and nobody came to that room. That's because nobody checked if the rooms have been cleaned.

        I stayed there last year for 2 months on long term stay. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Clean common spaces, reception 24/7, you can have night visitors for as low as 5 euro extra (for the second person), friendly stuff at reception and friendly staff on the reservation hotline, quiet room, small cooking zone with everything you need for a long stay, big shower, big bad, closed closet for clotting so they do not get food odor if you are cooking, good price if booked in advanced, in 10 minute walk distance from U2 metro station (Moosfeld). Cons: Maseven room (with dining space) only available in Dornach location but it is bookable in Trudering also; for long stays you only get room cleaning once a week and that was very irregular or even skipped but I looked for the housekeeper (who is usually a man) and asked to have the room clean, very crowded on big events in Munich, location in an industrial zone, No shop nearby (is not hotel's fault).
