This is not a real hotel. There is no staff from 9pm to 9am so if you have any issues, you're on your own. One light in the room was broken and couldnt be turned off no matter how many combinations of switches we tried. We had to resort to putting a towel over the thing to dampen the strength of the light. Poor quality sleep as a result.

Conveniently located above the Taipei Bus Station. (From Taoyuan T1 Airport to Taipei Main Station about half hour on express train, NT160/pax) Check in counter is facing the main road, while entrance to the apartment room is behind next to the bus ticketing counter (Block C). Note counter operation hours. Lift is rather old and make funny noises. 3 lift available but 1 always under maintenance during our stay. Corner room is quieter but smaller. Walls are not well insulated can hear other people speaking when the room is quiet. Balcony facing road can hear traffic sounds at night as well. Water pressure is strong but need to meddle/ mix hot & cold with two taps. Stingy on the shampoo & shower gel. Bottled water, instant coffee & tea provided. No heated room or toilet seat. Location is its selling point. Service is above average as well.

Honestly a very decent hotel. The lobby or lack thereof was kind of... an experience(?) but the service was nice and the rooms were very clean and modern. The location of the hotel is great, near a lot of attractions and the Taipei Main Station. Also the price is very good for the area, but the only gripe is that the entrance to the elevators that lead to the rooms look like it's a residential building so it's kind of hard to find. Overall a very good hotel that's worth your money!

The reception is a small area facing the main road and exposed to the elements, and to go to the rooms you need to go to a separate lobby and pass thru multiple lifts. The hotel is part of a huge mixed integrated development with residences and shopping. Location wise it is fantastic and the rooms we had on the highest floor were comfortable and spacious. This place could be confusing to find/navigate if you're used to the usual hotel concept... but once you get the hang of it it feels quite secure.

At first it was hard to find, but eventually found it, and then realized it was actually quite easy to locate. Check in front b desk and the actual accommodation is in 2 different places, but staff will show u the way. The room is beautifully appointed, good air conditioning and modern chic decor. As a bonus, Nespresso machine is provided! Huge king size bed and extremely comfortable. Very quiet at night made for good quality sleep. For the price paid, this place is a real gem.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
