Vítor has wonderful English skills. He is so helpful & kind. I was scammed twice within the first day in the streets & he was so helpful to me calming me down & giving me information to help me enjoy my stay in Rio. The hostel is clean, safe, has a great location. I recommend it!

Everything was excellent 👍 Very good breakfast, very good service, all reception staff were so helpfull, also all the staff were really nice people, excellent cleanliness in kitchen in bathroom and everywhere, the best clean kitchen over all in my Latin America trip !!! You can use everything in the kitchen : electric kettle, Toast machine, refrigerator, stove , microwave , drinking water filter. Everything has been thought of to make a traveler's life easier. They give you all set : clean white sheets pillow extra sheet blanket shampoo soap towel and lockers with keys , whole package you need . There is air conditioning and also fan in the room, also window , so the room has good fresh air 👍The location is also good, very close to Copacabana beach. I really recomend, very good quality service for a good price

Everything excellent! Very clean and organized. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and the beach, between Copa and Ipanema. The breakfast is simple but very tasty and with an ok variety of food. The bathrooms are always tidy and clean, the bed linen and towels provided are also very clean. The only negative point is that the air conditioning only works from 9am to 9pm, so if you want to take an afternoon nap in the cool weather, it will be difficult. Vitor is a sweetheart, extremely polite and kind, I simply loved it! I'll be back soon.

I recommend the Hostel, it has an excellent location, the rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is pleasant and very relaxed. The owner of the place is very attentive, he helps, makes great suggestions for tours. Congratulations, I will definitely come back again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
