Generous rooms, beautiful facade and garden - a lovely place to stay. Albeit not so close to the action in the city centre, but the beauty of the place makes it worth it. Decent breakfast. Very helpful front desk.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great if you’re traveling with a group of friends, as there are several common areas to hang out inside and outside in the garden. Incredibly responsive and kind staff. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Tasty breakfast with granolas, yogurts, breads, cheeses and coldcuts, with eggs made to order. Recommend bringing earplugs, as you can hear street noise.

Decent hotel in a nice building, but horrible service. On saturday evening they had a wedding, which ment that, in the middle of the night, we had to deal with the noise of all the guests coming and leaving. Once that was done, the catering team started packing and listening to music under our window. We had to talk three times to the staff for them to talk to the catering people to turn off their music. Eventually, the lady at the reception told us that they have events all the time and we should have been notified to say if we're ok with that. Looks like this is an wedding venue that takes Booking reservation as a side activity. By the time they were finished packing, it was well past midnight, which left us with less than 2h of sleep since we had to catch a very early flight. PS: if you want to pay with an international debit card, you're going to get charged an extra 19% for some obscure reason.

Our group chose to stay somewhere authentic, and this hit the mark. The staff was fabulous, the rooms were perfect, and the garden was beautiful. Being here made us feel a part of Santiago. We felt safe and had restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I would warn people about - there is no central air; still, the fans provided in each room did the job well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
