Absolutely amazing!! 11/10 recommend, staff are kind and welcoming, you start of with a delicious tea ceremony (if you like matcha based food), then a quick explanation on services + the traditional clothing & slippers which are comfy and beautiful. Rooms were very spacious and traditional & air conditioner worked wonderfully. I highly recommend trying the onsen bath - very relaxing and both times I went no one was in there :) The neighborhood around is very beautiful and has quite a bit of clothing shops, cafes and desert shops, not to mention the markets that’s just under a 5 minute walk down the street! 😊

Great atmosphere. Room was huge. Must try the public bath. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Walking to any public transports might be a downside, but the frontdesk can always get a taxi quickly.

It has been a pleasurable experience for us. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and respect guests a lot. Warm hospitality. Traditional Japanese breakfast and room. They offer a welcome drink and snacks and offered a beautiful souvenir as a departing gift. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Nishiki market and railway station

We enjoyed 3 fabulous nights at this lovely ryokan. Staff was extremely courteous & friendly, in a very welcoming way, not at all fussy or formal as some Japanese accommodations tend to be. Traditional breakfast was delicious and very substantial, our room was spacious and immaculate, and the futon and comforters were wonderfully comfortable. Set in a very quiet, charming neighborhood; comfortable walk to Gion District. Highly recommend staying here for an exquisite Kyoto experience!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
