My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The biggest problem was the breakfast, mainly due to serious hygiene issues. The food wasn't adequately cooled, which was particularly concerning for the meat. Additionally, there were no covers on the food. The pineapple looked rotten, the bread tasted like it was days old, and the scrambled eggs were terribly dry. The room itself was fine, nothing bad. But, we had an issue with housekeeping: we put up the "do not disturb" sign to safeguard our valuables, but it was ignored on both days, and the housekeeper entered the room without permission. Not a pleasant experience overall.

I'm really surprised! No real customer service interest! No coffee making facilities in room, that is a minimum expectation, as a former F&B manager in London and South of England, Coffee and Tea making facilities are always provided, also in most countries I have stayed! We stopped overnight on route night before in Brussels and had it ! When asked in the morning at the desk for coffee, we were refused ! As breakfast room not open , despite a machine clearly there! Wouldn't stay with this group again !

We booked the hotel with therme experience through groupon and in the description, it was not mentioned that we are staying in a sister hotel. So we needed to walk from our hotel to reach the therme at another hotel and come back. If it was mentioned, we would not book our stay there. The breakfast itself was good and rich, the people working in the hotel were nice and the rooms were clean, but we would not book another stay there.

The room was lovely, large size, and very clean, but the website isn't very accurate in regards to the breakfast times (online states 10am, staff on shift claimed till 9.30am only during the week. She did allow us to eat, though, so maybe just a translation issue on the website), or the option to extend to a late check out (online states for €15 can stay till 3 pm. Staff seemed confused about the option but did allow us to stay till 1pm free. Didn't tell the cleaning staff, so they knocked after I had just gotten out of the shower🤣) It's not a problem for us, but it's good to know for next time! Also no kettle for us English that love a cuppa 🤣 Staff were friendly enough as a whole. The male staff on New Year's eve was very friendly when we reported a broken light, as it couldn't be fixed on New Year's Day he allowed us 4 free drinks from the minibar as an apology. Fantastic location for being close to the Rhein, pubs and nightlife, going to the sister Hotel for the spa is a must! Was a highlight of the trip and so relaxing!

Nice and clean hotel near the city center. Breakfast was good, friendly reception and the room was quite spacious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
