I like the location of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and the room is quite spacious. I like the bathroom and having a couch in the room. Overall, this is quite a great experience. But I don't like not being accessible to the balcony. The light near the mirror should also need to be brighter. The bed is a bit hard for me and the pillows are too thick. But thanks to the couch pillow, my sleep is undisturbed.

We had an amazing experience here the location was great, rooms were good but yes service part could be improved staff is lacking in English but they try really hard to entertain their guests and cater to their needs. . Main advantage of this location is there are many small food joints, 7-11, late night beer bars and massage parlour all within 5 mins of walking distance and considering the price point of 700-1000 bhat that's really cheap with the room, location and quality you get. We will surely come again here when we visit bangkok.

We stayed there couple days ago for 6 days. Check-in procedure was long enough for you to get exhausted after hours at the airport. Room was okay but no towels. Shower in the bathroom was broken. Toilet had terrible smell at all time. HK staff took our towels and we reported to FO and got no answer. Noone did anything. Not even apology. Hotel directory mention about free tuk tuk to main road but it was not available most of the time because no driver. HK staff was friendly enough to greet you everytime they saw you while FO ignored you and cannot speak English.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
