I simply loved everything about this hotel! All of staff were so friendly and helpful, offering to carry our bags up to our room on the top floor. I really enjoyed talking with them. The room was beautiful and quite cozy. The location was one of my favorite parts! Such an exquisite neighborhood and was so quiet at all times. It’s situated in a residential area that is very walkable. I would happily stay here again and hope to do so one day, this time with a canal view! We didn’t rent bikes, but there was the option to do so through the hotel which I appreciated so much.

amazing location, quiet, in the best district of Amsterdam and next to everything in walking distance. The staff was great, each one of them...polite, helpful and friendly. Small lounge and breakfast area but cozy. Nice quality breakfast. The rooms are clean, small in my opinion with no soundproof but each one with its own character. Always aim for the canal view rooms. The narrow steps are part of the local architecture which is a nice experience.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel with nice, friendly staff. The best thing about this hotel is without question the location....its practically near the centre of the city and walking distance to many of Amsterdam's attractions. The biggest drawback of my experience though is the bathroom lacked space..it was a compact sized bathroom. But the room as a whole was nice and quite cozy..and the bed was super comfortable. Overall a pretty good stay.

The staff couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly. Made our experience in amsterdam worth while. We had top floor room, stairs were invented in amsterdam 🤣🤣 steep steps but going home very fit. Our room was lovely but others rooms were small but cosy. Location was brilliant very central to everything. Definitely would stay here on our return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful stay over Christmas! The front desk attendant working early morning on the 24th is a treasure! We loved his suggestions for dinner and general accommodating attitude! (Well, everyone was amazing but he really set the tone for the visit) The lobby is beautiful and it’s so convenient to be able to grab a coffee before exploring the city! Yea the room is a touch small but it’s a historic canal house - what else would you expect? If you want a modern room, go to a modern hotel. Wifi is fast and stable, the view from the room was amazing and dreamlike, and the location is perfect!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
