The room was very nice with a strong personality and a lot of cool details likes vinyls with a record player, a basket hanging from the wall with its ball. The room was clean with comforts and finally...the bed, one of the confiest we've ever slept on, It was also the cause of our delay at checkout. Kind and warm staff too

Stayed here for 2 nights last week. Beautiful rooms. Very clean and cosy. Shower was amazing and bed extremely comfortable. A looked forward to getting back after a long day of sightseeing. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location and easy to find bus/train station. Would highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was annoying that we could never have breakfast in our own hotel because there was no priority for hotel guests. We had to eat elsewhere every time. Room were generally good, but the walls were so thin we could hear everything our neighbours were doing. So sleeping was not good. Neighbours had their TV on all night on our last night which was dreadful. Location near other restaurants was not bad

Beautiful rooms at a very central location. Some staff was incredibly friendly, others more curt but professional. Very comfortable bed and lovely bar in the restaurant. Tiny little bathroom, but good shower water pressure. Would definitely recommend.

Loved our stay here, we had been given complimentary upgrades to our room which was so nice of them, the extra space made our stay so much more comfortable! The cafe downstairs is great for a quick coffee and pastry, the location is good with things to do near and stations around. Would recommend and hope to return again someday

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
