Such a great place to stay! We had a very warm welcoming at our arrival. The interior is amazing and very Instagrammable! We booked the Large room with bath tub and 2 single beds. The size was good for 2 persons to relax in the well styled room. The single beds in our room were very spacious! Enough space in the hallway/ entry of the room to store luggage. The bathroom was a bit tight but that wasn’t an issue for us. Located very nearby the city shopping centre (7min walk) Breakfast was delicious and the ambiance in the restaurant is cozy and stylish. I would definitly recommend Max Brown Midtown and I would choose it again when I return to Düsseldorf or to another city where there is a Max Brown hotel.

Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with our stay. We had dirty sheets with some spots on it, one of our pillow was very flat and plugs in the room were not all working. Overall the state of the hotel is not that new and you’ll be finding some spots on the walls and furnitures. The shower is with curtains which don’t look clean and hygienic. Location was perfect for us as we were meeting with friends in the area. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Very nice hotel, I loved the design and the staff was very kind! I booked the "tiny room" (which is actually very tiny and a bit cramped but to just sleep and wash is perfectly fine. Also, the bed was so comfy and fluffy) with included breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance from both the city center (15 min) and the central station (10 min). It's in the japanese district and close to a lot of restaurants, shopping areas and museums. If I may add some suggestions, a fridge in the room may be nice to have (in my case it would have been good to store fresh water) and the rooms could have better acoustic isolation. Overall definitely a pleasant stay, I would come back.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Max Brown Hotel Düsseldorf I recently stayed at the Max Brown Hotel in Düsseldorf, and my experience was far from what I had hoped for. Here is a summary of my stay: Rooms: The rooms in this hotel were disappointingly small and, furthermore, lacked air conditioning. This was especially problematic because the weather during my stay was quite warm. The limited space and the absence of air conditioning made it very uncomfortable to sleep and relax in the room. Bathroom: Another aspect that left me dissatisfied was the bathroom. It was equipped with an outdated shower with a shower curtain. This did not feel particularly modern or hygienic. A shower enclosure with glass doors would be much more fitting for a hotel of this kind. Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel was decent but nothing to write home about. The variety was acceptable, but there was nothing exceptional about the offerings. Given the price I paid, I had expected more in terms of quality and choice. All in all, I cannot recommend the Max Brown Hotel in Düsseldorf. The small rooms without air conditioning, outdated bathroom amenities, and mediocre breakfast service made my stay less pleasant than I had hoped for. There are likely better options available in Düsseldorf for a similar price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
