Hotel was as advertised with location. Rooms were well equipped, clean and spacious. Exceptional customer service. Unfortunately our daughter had a severe anaphylactic shock whilst in our room (after eating out) the gentleman on reception called for an ambulance immediately which arrived within 10 minutes. He came to us with umbrellas outside as it was raining and was there if we needed anything. He was so kind and generous, we cannot thank him enough for acting so promptly. They kindly let us keep our luggage at the hotel whilst we spent the night and all of the next day in hospital. Would definitely recommend.

You need to understand what you are getting. This is no more than a 3-star at best. The staff at the front desk are fantastic. They are super helpful and multilingual. The young lady with the aviator glasses who had just started working there and checked us in was phenomenal under pressure. I would hire anytime. The breakfast is very sad, but you get what you pay for, i.e. free. The eggs however are really good so get as much of that as you can. The location is unbeatable. You are really directly in the noisy heart. You can get to every sight in under 15 min. Management takes being cheap a little too far, leaving only one employee at the front desk and one in the dining room. The room is clean, no frills, circa 2001. The bed was not uncomfortable, but there was no bed cover and the sheets were as dry as the toilet paper. When compared to the price of the other hotels in the area, this is a steal. Good for a 1 to 2-night stay maximum.

Everything was ok — except the NOISE! Not sure why the hotel didn’t warn visitors of the terrible construction going on next to it. We stayed in 302 and were right opposite the construction. We basically couldn’t sleep a wink after 7AM when the work began. Not your ideal way to start a holiday. Nevertheless, location was great otherwise (in the middle of the shopping street), staff were all very friendly and the interior is aesthetic.

A secret location in the city center of Florence. If you looked down for a second, you'd miss it! You take a step back in time as soon as you step off of the elevator. A mix of old-world Italian artisans with a sprinkle of Parisian artwork. This boutique hotel is what the romance stories are written about.

Great location!!! It is close to all touristic sights. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. Good value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
