The rooms a very very small, there is space for only one small bed and we had to pay 800euro for 3 nights. then because there was insects in the walls, we asked the reception to change our room, they then told us to be fully booked and asked us to find another hotel, they then promised to give us 20% off on our first night and return the rest inklusive local tax but now I can see they only return us for the 2 nights we didn't stay. we still want 20% off and the local tax back. I will not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights . I wanted to love the hotel because of the location and the staff. Sadly I couldn't. Other than the location the experience was horrible, From the room size . VERY small probably the smallest I seen I'm my life (I traveled enough) the bed is really small and you can't even move around no room to put your stuffs , The toilet is right next to your head and constantly making a weird sound all day all night when other rooms are using their bathrooms . The shower pan floor goes up and down when showering . No closet The worst is the sound of the elevator in our room every time someone is using it . 2 stars to be fair to the workers . Owners needs to get their act together and find solutions for this horrible service. Specially if I'm paying 900 euros for 3 nights .

Thank you for your kind hospitality !the staff was amazing. Front desk staff was so helpful and polite and welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping kept our room always nice and tidy. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the size of the bathroom.. Everything else was lovely and we would like to thank you for being part of our beautiful memories we had from Paris.

Very good location in a nice neighbourhood with lots of dining options nearby. Clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good, with good quality products even if it is not an extensive buffet as in larger hotels. A special mention for the smiling and hard working lady serving it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
