Located in Texas Street adjoining to Chinatown is this hotel that is still affordable and close to the train station. Surrounding this hotel are restaurants as well a fast food outlet. The rooms and building is clean and spacious. There also provide conveniences to customer like drinks & water. Definitely a recommended hotel. As for the staff, they are not that fluent in English but you will still be able to manage through without a hassle.

- Very close to the Busan station, just a few minutes walk from the station and you you will have a rest after a long trip. - This hotel is in the area for foreigners and close to Chinatown so there are many restaurants, souvenir shops and other services.. - Because it is near the station and bus stations, it is convenient to go to other places. - A good choice for you when traveling for couple, family or business. - Friendly and happy staffs. - The food in breakfast is simple, no ham and sausage as shown in the advertisement. If the washbasin has an extra shelf (for tools), it will be all perfect.

Almost brand new hotel directly opposite Busan Station Apartment building style hotel, 1F and elevator are not controlled There is a PUB and Internet cafe on the lower floor... Staying on the 7th floor at night, the sound of PUB will be heard in the room... The bed will vibrate... The pillow will sway with the music... The pillow is too high and too hard... I can't fall asleep until about three o'clock in the morning... The PUB will be quieter after taking a rest The layout of the room is very strange! The space is large, with L-shaped benches and no tables. And when I came back from going out, I didn’t tidy up the room. There was a dressing table but no chairs. There is water in the room but no cups⋯ The bathroom is big though! There is no place to put clean clothes, and there is no separation of wet and dry clothes... The side of the new bathtub is cracked, and there is no USB plug, but! There is a computer available for use in the room⋯ Breakfast every day 🥣 is an exaggeration ⋯ There are only a few boiled eggs and two kinds of simple bread, with less than 5 left ⋯ Not even a piece the next day ⋯ Long-lasting milk, orange juice, and free instant noodles made by yourself ⋯ This is also Calling for breakfast is really too exaggerated I asked them to clean the room, but they didn’t clean it for two days in a row🧹 There are two boxes of garbage piled at the door. The towels in the bathroom have not been changed. Every day I have to go downstairs to the counter to get water and towels... All I can say is...gosh~ this hotel is too exaggerated.

There is a parking tower. No parking for large cars. In the alley across from Busan Station. The location is up to you. Varies depending on travel itinerary.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
