Checked in this lousy hotel room in level 3 floor 18Dec2023 and checked out 19Dec2023. Cancelled booking for 24Dec2023 to 27Dec2023. Attitude of the front desk staff (young man) very bad. Requested on the 18Dec evening to have room from 24-27Dec booking in level 5 floor (same as front desk) and he outright said cannot and bluffed that fully book. Next morning checked with another receptionist she said level 5 all big family room (bluff again), no double-bed room. Lobby very dimly lighted at Level 5. My double-bed room access to toilet need to go up 2 steps - so dangerous at night if you need to go to toilet. Hotel lifts shared with offices hence during morning, lunch and evening time very crowded - no place in the lift hence waited very long. Check-out at 11am, waited for lift take very long time. Cancelled my booking 24-27 Dec and look for nearby hotel was a right thing for me. Nearby hotel cheaper, cleaner and brighter lobby.

Location was good, right above the Taipei Main Station. Rooms were livable, though they hadn't a single window. Probably the biggest problem was the laundry facilities - it had all of 3 washing machines and 3 dryer that were perennially full. It's the wild west in there. Depending on the mix of guests, you might have trouble finding a spot to do your laundry or have an inconsiderate guest empty out your stuff before it's completed a cycle.

The location is very good, but the hotel is not good. There are no windows. The air is very bad. I always smell the smoke coming from the corridor. The room is really not perfect. The light and air are terrible. The most outrageous thing is that the washing machine and dryer cannot be used to dry clothes. I used it for three hours and it still feels the same. , so I didn’t want to stay there anymore. Of course, some travelers asked to cancel the rental on the spot, which also opened my eyes.

Good location near the main station for a one night stay, but honestly hard to navigate with multiple luggage. The lift was a nightmare because it was always crowded with other users of the building, and it was impossible for our family to squeeze all our luggage in with the other lift users. Reception was grumpy, could be overworked. We were however impressed by how they managed to squeeze so many rooms given the limited space. Overall I think the did a good job but as a foreigner or guest it was honestly not a pleasant experience. If you need to check out to catch a plane or train make sure you plan to leave early because you will need time to get your luggage into the lift to get out because there are so many other users and you won't be able to get in the lift.

1)Bed and coverlet got begbugs,felt very itchy when sleeping on the bed. 2) Hundred rooms but only have 2 washing machines and 3 mini dryer. 3)staff is not helpful and unfriendly when we raised our issue to him. 4) There are 3 cockroaches in the microwave. 5) Toilet cloth hanger attached to the wall has leakage of electricity. And when we raised to the staff, he has no response. 6)Air conditioning not functioned properly. Sometimes very cool, something very hot.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
