Someone stole my bicycle from Block E. There is security and cameras yet they cannot tell me who stole my bicycle. The thief had broken the lock and taken the bicycle out the complex. How would you feel on a Sunday morning you want to cycle only to find the broken lock and your bicycle gone. To make matters worse no one has anything to say other than "Go to the police station". How is a bicycle stolen and a lock broken while security and the cameras see nothing in a complex that is meant to be safe!!! I am hurt and disappointed.

Apartment was okay. Couch was not very comfortable, old couch. Lights from outside the apartment were on all night, curtains are not thick enough.

Very neat apartment with everything you need. Walking distance from a coffee shop. I would have loved some form of milk to enjoy a cup of coffee the next morning.

We arrived at the stipulated time but there was no one to welcome us.The information on the Guest Information in the room is outdated.We ran out of cooking gas on the second day and it was only supplied the following day.The battery of the intercom was finished and we could not communicate with the security. The batteries of the TV and the decoder were not working. We made a call to Johannesburg and they were NOT replaced during our stay. We were supposed to stay for 7 days but we only stayed 6 days.We spoke to the White lady whose particulars appeared on the Guest Information Note. She was very aggresive and unhelpful. It is a disgrace that she is even managing some of the units at the place
