Towels have stains and very grayish color. Few stains on pillowcase and bed sheets also. Location is very good. On the day we check out , they starts to do renovation on the lobby. Hopefully next time we see this hotel with better quality. Room very small but sufficient. The bathroom sink constantly leaking water making the floor wet with a small pool of water. Hallway very dark. They don't turn on lights. But I guess consider most of the time we are out in the area shopping is ok that only come in and out the hallway is dark. The aircon is a bit tricky to play with... it is not cool enough on some days. And sometimes the airway flip not open. TV is unusable. Entire stay can't get the TV to play normal channels. Seems like is pay TV only.

Strategic location at the heart of myeongdong night market, walking distance from metro exit myeongdong exit 3, Airport bus also stop at nearby bus station, City bus stop for all direction within walking distance, You can even walk to S-Tower. Lots of street food, happening at night. clean room with basic amenities.

The room was small but efficient. The beds, pillows, and blankets were very good quality. Also, the man at the front desk is so kind and gentle. He allowed us to keep our luggage behind the desk on the day of our checkout so that we could do some more shopping. I would definitely recommend!

the hotel is centrally located at the heart of Myeong-dong. rooms are of descent size, good toilet and bath space with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash soap , tooth paste and tooth brush provided. complimentary bottled water and coffee given (but had to ask as they aren’t refilled automatically). water filter machine are strategically located on every floor which provides hot and cold water. stayed for 9 days, need to personally asked for fresh towel as it is folded and not changed (doesn’t expect new towels everyday but due to long term stay would loved to have a fresh set at least once in 4 days time) electronic key card are used in this hotel. Lift to room. it has a quiet ambiance once inside the room. ac is temperamental and room refrigerator didn’t work the entire duration of stay - so some food had to be disposed off. location is near so many shops - restaurants, clothing shops, skin care stores and so much more including souvenirs and novelty shops. hotel fee is descent and would highly recommend this place. early check in will cost you 1 k korean won per hour and late check out also will cost you an additional 1 k per hour. If one leaves after 3 pm, you’ll be charge for another day (not just an additional of 1 k per hour). Please check full website to appreciate pricing of room and it’s terms and condition.

A tiny room but you can't beat the location, but if you are familiar with Seoul and how to get around then stay outside Meyngdong for better quality stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
