Really friendly staff. Rooms look like the pictures. Free coffee and water in your room. Fantastic little taco shop 50m away if you need that late evening bite to eat after a long flight. Could do with a few little cosmetic repairs, but nothing that will ruin your stay. Certainly value for money.

Nice rooms, but a few issues. Good: - Room was spacious and was well cleaned on a daily basis. Bad: - The room was very noisy on an evening, could hear the traffic constantly. - One of the black out blinds in my room was stuck halfway down so didn’t block all light and made getting onto the balcony difficult. - The washing machine stopped working with my washing it it leaving my washing soaking, the hotel didn’t really offer any help so I had to take my washing to a local laundry place to fix the issue. - They tried to charge me for two beers upon leaving which I didn’t drink. - When I arrived the safe was locked shut and the members of staff available were unable to unlock it meaning I had to carry all my valuables around for a day.

Everything happens in front of this hotel. After three days, I thought I had seen everything. Trucks loading and unloading Coca Cola in the middle of the night, cars parked to be fixed, running motors and all types of noise at night. But no… now, it’s 1am and a car with very loud speakers and subwoofers is playing. The hotel employee refused to call the police, even though it’s an infraction to the traffic code of Mexico City. Ridiculous, don’t stay here!

The room is more than perfect for the price. The only downside was the service: you're supposed to have coffee service included in the room (on top of the "mini-bar"), which wasn't until I asked for it, and I had to do it two days in a row. Reception was even confused about it, so doesn't seem like they're checking that this is being done or they assumed it is. I also had to check every day since they kept giving my access card a duration of 1 day instead of the full time I was there. The view isn't great but having a balcony sure beats the rest of places close to this one and in the price range.

Good location, spacious rooms and bathrooms. However, a few things to note before you book: wifi is bad (we consistently had to use phone data or the CDMX public wifi just to load webpages), our room wasn’t ready for another hour after check-in time and this happened to a few other guests, room cleaning seemed only available late afternoon, staff tried to charge us for things in the minibar that we didn’t use (so take a picture when you check-in), and generally service isn’t dependable - everything we asked the front desk for (missing hangers, toilet paper) never got up to our room. The rooms were dusty so would also not recommend to people with allergies. If you are looking for a relatively affordable stay in a central location, MC Suites does the job, but don’t expect anything more than that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
