Honestly, I am very disappointed since we arrived. We had to wait for very long to to get into our room. Then we had a problem with beds, for example they expected to have three adults in one bed. They could provide us with one extra bed only after we spoke to manager. Reception gives misleading and false information, for example they do transfer to the beach which can be booked only in certain time but when we attempt to book it, there are no space. And we are not allowed to book it in day advance. They basically do 8 people maximum for transfer for entire hotel. They keep on asking to come tomorrow at 6am to book it but as soon as you are at reception at 6am, it is already pro-booked. Reception service is very poor, especially in evening times. Constantly keep getting problems with swiping cards that they are getting demagnetised. Cleaning service is very good, I have no complaints for them. Cleaners are only ones that do their job properly.

My stay was 10/10. It's my first time visiting Dubai. I'm a wheelchair user. Even though it wasn't wheelchair accessible, the staff was accommodating especially up and down the steep ramp. They are super cordial.

I faced few problems during my stay. 1. When I checked out the room, i called my friend for pick up, they didn't allow him inside, I even explained to them that he came for pickup and needed him to carry my luggage. 2. I asked for a plate to eat, the first day they provided and the second day they said, it is not as per policy. 3. I booked a room online, they asked to pay extra tax for tourists. The receptionist is very rude.

Its was very bad customer service specially from the supervisor thier because a long story happen with me and nothing has been solved and we request room for 3 adults they gave only for 2. Adults waiting more than 5 hours to bring extra bed after we spoke to them as well another thing happen with thier team leader at night shift. Actually am not recomnaded and i will never ever going thier again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
