Everything was good, excluding torn towels and bed linen. It was clean, but with holes. The staff is very polite, speaks excellent English. Funny window in the room in the wall in the toilet, we liked it 😂 The location is good, 10 minutes from the metro, there are buses nearby. There's a coffee shop nearby with great cheesecakes.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially the team at reception, like Jay. If you need a taxi to go anywhere, book with them. Rooms were neat and tidy (I had to change room). Coffee, tea, water provided every day of my stay (kettle was clean, too, no limescale) Toilet had bidet and seat warmer. 24 hour convenience store at the lobby. Quiet few minutes walk to the nearest train station through the local neighborhood, plus plenty of food and drink options nearby.

After a long haul flight, carrying luggages from airport to got to this hotel and we finally arrived to this hotel very tired and exhausted. Apparently we arrived 30-40min before our checkin time and the saff told us our room is ready but they need to charge us extra if we want to go to our room right away because they consider this as early checkin so they didnt let us in and we had to stood there and wait for our exact checkin time. This is the welcome you get from this hotel after a long journey. There is nothing around this hotel, its not very centric. The rooms we stay also was not very clean. We found dirty pillows and hairs around when we get to the room. We asked the staff if there is anything we can eat in the room? Any room service? They said no. We asked can we order a food through a food delivery app? They said if you ara a foreigner you can not use the food delivery app in S. Korea because you need a local bank account. Well, all the staff there is local they can at least help us order any food, a fast food or something and we pay in cash? The answer is no again. So here is the helpful staff you will see in this hotel

Decent hotel for the price. A GS25 can be accessed from the lobby. Room service would replace bedsheets but not the duvet.

Room is nice, cozy and quiet, staff was very nice, fresh towels and toiletries provided everyday, they also stock the fridge daily with water.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
