        Nice place. but only one issue, the trip switch is going off frequently, after taking technical support two times I managed to learn to switch on the same. All night awaken because of the A/C also going off once power is down. Intercom can only contact the bar, reception and restaurant line are not working, had to visit the restaurant and ask for room service. And also when power down I had to call the general number and get the service done. Because reception never answer the calls through intercom.

        Very pleasant and quiet place to be at. We really enjoyed the buffet food and their service was top. All the staff was pleasant, but a special thanks to the chef at the live station and Sandumini. Keep up the good work guys.

        My stay in a superior room was marked by mixed experiences. The food from the à la carte menu was flavorful, though the portions of meat were disappointingly small. While the room was generally clean, I observed some dust on the pillows and bedsheets. The washrooms, although clean, had an unsettling surprise of half dead cockroaches. On a positive note, the air conditioning functioned well, but the persistent noise throughout the night, including the sound of moving tables, was disruptive to my rest. An unusual aspect was the lack of transparency in the washrooms, despite the presence of curtains. This compromised the privacy and comfort of the space. The checkout process was unexpectedly prolonged, causing some inconvenience. In conclusion, my overall experience was fair, but improvements in food portions, cleanliness, noise control, and washroom privacy would significantly enhance the quality of the stay.
