One of the biggest disappointments in hotels. Not clean at all, lot of dust on the shelves in the room, spoilt milk in the kettle!!!! Quite outdated, not well taken care of. Odd and not comfortable atmosphere. Strange “ ladies” wandering and pending around in the lobby. Very inappropriate. Lack of common sense. Very disappointed. Bad experience!

Every body in this hotel are super friendly simon and the front desk are very helpful, my only negative experience was with gine “gena” . She is super rude :) and can’t handle how to talk with tourists. She literally grabs and cut our checkout receipts in front of our faces after discussing a charge that was unclear to me . Btw the charge was an apology breakfast that was sent to our room . I can’t understand how they charge us on a complimentary thing :) .. last time here

I’m actually about to check out of this hotel. I’m here for work. Our company usually books the mandarin oriental but because of fashion week, we had to find an alternative. The hotel is clean but a little bit of a night club vibe for a work trip. The front desk staff is great. Some of the add-ons need a bit of work. I didn’t have breakfast included in my stay so I’ve been coming upstairs to eat and giving my room number. The woman behind the bar insisted on stopping me mid-cappuccino order to tell me that breakfast is not included in my room rate. I thought it was kind of weird because I had just given my room number so just charge it to the room? She wouldn’t let it go and kept announcing that I had to either select the buffet or ala cart… the whole interaction was so weird. Another weird thing was upon arrival, I was told I could get one item of clothing pressed per day per person for free. I didn’t absolutely need the service but I had been traveling all week (Milan was the last stop on a ten day work trip), so definitely needed to iron stuff myself. I was going out to dinner so I asked if it would be possible to press a few items prior to our dinner reservation (three hours later). They did it and did a great job but charged a large rush fee? I wish they had told me they would do that bc I would have just ironed my stuff myself. I just thought it was a nice perk to take advantage of. The hotel restaurant is also STK which is a chain we also have where I live so I ended up going to the hotel next door for a more unique dining experience. The rooms are nice and modern. I had a suite so I had a separate room to work which was great but no designated desk. One of the sinks also kept backing up but not a huge deal because I had two sinks so used the other one. Overall, if you need a hotel where you can walk downtown and Armani and Mandarin are booked, this one will work. Just don’t expect the same level of service.

The rooms were well furnished and equipped with all the amenities. Rooms were cleaned daily and items in refrigerator were part of the room package. Great towels and shower.

Great hotel, fantastic service and staff and great rooms. We really enjoyed STK as well, what we would’ve wished for is the service on the roof top Radio bar to be a bit better but that’s the only downside on an otherwise great hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
