I am currently staying in room 701 at this hotel. The staff are very helpful, nice and kind. However the room I have currently is in horribly bad condition. I keep going to see the receptionist to solve the problems. When I first stepped in to the room, I found the second lock on the door is broken. Then I happened to find a safe in the closet. It looks like someone purposely broke it. So I went to talk to receptionist. He said it's broken so we cannot fix it. Then I went into the bathroom. The bathtub has jacuzzi things but doesn't work. At the second night, it was cold so I tried to use the heater. There is a panel next to bed and has sun ☀️ icon which I assumed that was a heater but no luck. I went down to the reception and the same guy said the heater in this whole building is broken. No tea and coffee offered in the room even tho website says they offer free tea and coffee. I get really bad wifi signal so I can't use it. I'm using my mobile data instead. So I talked to the agent I booked this hotel with but they told me apparently the hotel said they don't offer heater, jacuzzi, and safe which are all in my room but never work. Unbelievably my agent said those things are not mentioned on the website so you don't get any of those. I was just speechless when she said so. I am very disappointed in what the hotel told my agent so I can't get any compensations or change the hotel as she said on the website any of those things are not mentioned so my problems can't be solved. I put the photos because I really want the hotel to fix all the broken things in my room or which ever the rooms have the same problems just like I have now. I don't feel like I did get what I have paid for. I am extremely disappointed.

An honest review of this hotel. Dear potential fellow traveller, Do you think you can trust all the positive reviews seen in Google for this hotel when they are anonymously made? I checked into this hotel and I’m disappointed time and time again. It’s so bad that it’s really a huge let down to a wonderful holiday. Really made me regret coming to the country and this is my 5th time to Taiwan. The toilet is moldy , the floors are slippery beyond reason , and the room smells of cigarettes. I went to the receptionist and asked for support and asked if I could get a refund for the remaining days and this man, wearing a cap, simply said no. And to top things off in the worst of ways, there was a random siren that went off at 12 midnight, not to mention that there is no breakfast offered. In summary, do not stay here unless you want to ruin your trip. I rarely would get this upset but I’ve decided to share this post as fair warning to dear fellow travellers who are visiting Taiwan. If you need to pay extra to stay somewhere else, please, I kindly urge you to do so. Please don’t ruin your trip like mine was because of this poorly maintained hotel. I’m sharing this review at 12.10am just to share how upset I am. Day 3 update: The doorbell was rung at 4.20am, followed by which was the serious stench of cigarette smoke that promptly filled the air. I called the front desk and they said someone must have pressed the bell by mistake and they said “oh, someone is still smoking? I will go and check” (translated) there is a serious lack of security at this place. This place is not suitable for staying with families. Though I booked for 7 nights (which was a massive mistake) , I’ve promptly decided to check out and will let my bank settle the dispute with the hotel. TLDR: avoid at all costs. Do not stay here if you treasure your peace of mind.

A beautiful hotel in an old Victorian style. The room is big with wooden furniture, a comfortable bed, a nice bed and a modern toilet, the only downside there is are no electric cables near the bed and the Wifi signal is quite weak. Another downside they use small plastic bags for shampoos and soup when it would be better for the environment and more convenient to just refill a shampoo and body soup stands. The service was really friendly and they even help me get a room before checking in time. Plus the hotel is located in a great location that is quite in the center.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
