Perfect except one. I kept bump on the corner of the bed due to the narrow space between the wall. Hope to change the bed position so that go through safely. No other trouble and breakfast was so good.

Room size is small. View from the room was not good. Glasses and mirrors were not clean. The bathroom and the bedroom is separated by a transparent glass. Room size is not satisfactory. It is possible to get better rooms with less cost in the same area. Digital experiences are better bere. There are several restaurants with good environment. Room was cleaned daily and properly. They keep an engagement with the customer which is good.

I have attended an event at the hotel and used their valet service for my car which has been unfortunately a huge mistake as when I received it back both side mirrors were damaged - the person parking my car decided it would be a great idea to adjust the mirrors manually and damaged not the mechanism as well as the mirror itself. I must say that the team has managed this well and assisted best way they could however I have spent a good couple of hours waiting for the assessment of the security team and afterwards the authorities. Considering it was the middle of the night mid week…. Overall a stressful situation for which I would not recommend the services. Such a pity as it is a nice hotel

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The premises were super clean and the staff were friendly and polite. There seems to be a big focus on upselling and although we did not ask for it, we were added to the hotel's loyalty program and received numerous texts and e-mails during our stay. The amount of texts and messages we received was a bit of overkill. There was an outdoor rave/party happening nearby during our stay, which meant that one night we could not sleep due to the super loud music. The hotel sent us an e-mail inviting us to attend (for a fee). The hotel itself seems safe and is close to a metro station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
