We stayed in Rotana hotel before New Year and had a great time. Hotel staff is really great and helpful. Especially room cleaning lady Ruth. Every time you enter room it’s clean, nice and neat. Happy New Year to all staff members! May 2024 be successful. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel next time.

Cons: Housekeeping can be better. We were two adults. We only had one bathrobe for the first two days, no bathrobe on the third day, two robes on the fourth day and none for the last three days. Yet you have the nerve to put a notice in the bathroom telling guests not to steal the robe, when you don’t even provide them! Terrace closes early so cannot go there in the late evening or night to relax. This means gym closes early also. Both should be open 24/7. Salon has ridiculous prices - no one is paying that. The two people at the entrance also direct guests to sit in expensive Lexus, when the yellow cabs - that are less than half price - are vacant and parked nearby. During breakfast, there are no machine for tea and coffee - you have to wait for the waiter/waitress to take your order and then wait for them to bring it. The tea/coffee was mostly not hot and was just luke warm. Juice machine says “fresh orange juice” and it is regularly topped up from an orange juice carton. Rooms are dull with no ceiling light. They only have 3 or so lamps so you cannot see yourself in the mirror properly when getting ready. Pros: metro station nearby, market nearby, all staff helpful, good breakfast.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff Especially Ms. Kajal was amazing and supportive. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai Internet city

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel's aesthetic is captivating, with a modern and elegant design that adds to the overall charm. Its prime location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. What truly stood out was the responsive customer service. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any request. In particular, I'd like to mention Dilshan from the housekeeping team. He went above and beyond to ensure our room was immaculate and comfortable throughout our stay. Very kind and helpful person

This is my favourite hotel in dubai. The rooms are always spotless and this time Sai who was our housekeeper went above and beyond to provide the things we needed, nothing was too much trouble. Top service :)))

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
