The location is very good just next to the station. The room are small in the standard in Paris. Only the bath room is very dangerous, the design in the bath tub no rubber mate to prevent from slipping. No handle at the bath area. And the entrance to the bath is too high which easy to fall. When taking bath, the water easily splash to the basin area.

I definitely had a very comfortable stay, with convenient location, Good food as well, however it used to be suffocating at times in the room as the A/c was not functioning properly, I had to open the windows and sleep. Moreover the I was given a torn Bathrobe to use. Something like this does not suit a brand like Mercure and that too in a city like Paris. Apart from this, rooms were clean, room service was good and good reception staff. I believe the bathrooms need a mild refurbishment. so was neither great nor it was bad.

Hotel could not have been better located for my TGV journey (literally right next door). The reception was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The only downside was that there was no place to put luggage unless you put it on the table and then you couldn’t really sit at the table so no where to sit except the bed. It was fine for one night.

It’s perfect for overnight stays and train connections at the Gare de Lyon. I feel secure when I travel solo. Amenities are good. Breakfast is good value. Access to all transportation is great. Staff is courteous, professional and welcoming.

Ideally located immediately next to Gare de Lyon, this is an ideal hotel for an overnight stop when catching an early train. The rooms are clean and adequate for one night, though I wouldn’t choose it as a base if spending longer in Paris. Staff were friendly and efficient and the price was fine for the time saving of being at the station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
