I don't know who classified this hotel as a 4 star hotel but I wouldn't give it more than 2 stars. The room needed maintenance, and it was the same breakfast everyday. A lot of nights they had a music band in the hotel restaurant that is right under the rooms and it was loud and lasted till 12-1 AM. So if you had a day full of activities and would like to sleep and relax, good luck with that. But you might like it if you are not tired and would like to watch the show. In addition to that, they say that they have a pool but it is there for aesthetic reasons only. You can't swim in it. It is not deep and it is in the restaurant. Moreover, the staff isn't very helpful, I had 2 coffee mugs in the room to use when I arrived, and I was staying there for 6 nights, but when I used the mugs I noticed that the room service is not replacing them with clean ones. I went to the restaurant bar and asked if they could replace them for me but they sent me to talk with the reception. They also weren't very helpful and said these mugs are for the room, keep them in the room. I thought they were gonna change them the next day, but no. I went back to the reception to ask for clean ones and their response was "clean them yourself" (Note that my room doesn't have a kitchen).

We stayed 2 nights here. The service is great, rooms are clean, delicious breakfast. The only downside so that they play live music from 8pm-12am and it’s very loud. So if you are waking up early the next day, you probably won’t get much sleep

Before you stay here, please read the reviews, I thought people were being picky, but they’re not! If you’re not planning on a restful sleep, then this is for you, our room is a few metres away as shown, from the nightclub next door, unless you’re stone deaf, I can promise you won’t sleep, the music is relentless, goes through your body it’s that loud, The breakfast is handed to you on a plate, no choice, the same everyday, (and for the past 4 years) if you want coffee with your breakfast, that’s and EXTRA and charged for! The A/C is noisy at night too We ended up paying for a beautiful breakfast in the hotel we were ment to be in (easyJet changed us to this hotel) every morning of our holiday I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, unless you don’t need to sleep

I stayed at this pretty hotel from November 4th through 11, not far from the airport, located in the old town. The bell boy Fatih was quite friendly and a nice person and he help me everytime I asked. The staff are really nice , I'm glad I chose this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay and cute but small rooms. Can get loud at night with live music around, didn't bother us but you might want to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
