Awesome and unbeatable location. Lovely staff - very kind and genuinely courteous and service oriented. Amazing service. Full marks for hygiene and cleanliness. 2 adults with a 4 year old child (with pram), we stayed in a room with King bed. Size was just about right and the property is very well maintained for its age. Bathroom and toilet were super clean too. Couldn't really fault anything.

Overnight stay in November. Very central in Sydney city, nearQVB. Cheapest price we could find that was central. Room is a bit dated, but for one night suited us and was very clean, no issues and we were out and about anyway, it’s just for sleeping. Great for us as we walked everywhere. Comfortable bed.

Great location, quick check in. My room was a double room but I came alone due to my companion having a surgery so the room was quite spacious for one. It was very clean, bathroom was sparkling clean but got water pressure in the shower is a bit dodgy. I was not even there for 5 minutes around 7ish and the got water waned already. But I might still come back if ever I need to go back to Sydney. Was here for my cruise the next day which embarks at White Bay.

Rooms are small but more than adequate for a short stay. King beds are a bit cramped on one side making it difficult to get in or out for whoever is sleeping on that side. Apart from this small design issue, everything else is very good! Location, service, friendliness, value for money and comfort are first rate. Second stay and I was welcomed like a long lost Uncle! Cannot speak more highly of the freindly service. Good value budget hotel in the heart of the city of Sydney

My husband and I both got sick(er) the longer we stayed there (5 nights total). Floor/carpet and walls were dirty and stained and didn't get cleaned the entire time we were there. Bathroom didn't get cleaned despite either despite the "Make up room" sign on the door (there were fresh towels every day, at least). Front desk service was excellent but housekeeping needs improvement.
