        Good location, comfortable bed, otherwise a really poor hotel. Hard to believe it could even be 4 star, definitely not 5 star. My room was bitterly cold because they keep them at 15 degrees and only turn on the heating once you check in. The lobby is well kept but the rest of the hotel and rooms are shabby. Do not waste your money, there are several nicer hotels nearby.

        Had the worst customer experience ever with this hotel. The staff have no consideration for customers, Philipo the manager was lazy, arrogant to the extent he just laughed off issues to you directly. This hotel does not deserve even 2 stars. Don’t go and spend your hard earned money, there are many other hotels that care about customers and provide a quality service. Not here

        Super close to public transportation (across from kings cross). Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The style and vibe the building provides is nice. Good air conditioning. We stayed at the pop diva suite so it was fancy. The furniture and the style provided an old school out of this world vibe. Lots of nearby places to eat/drink like Magenta (fine dining), Spagnoletti, and Hokus Pokus. Check em out! IG@BlacktigerEats

        Good location, comfortable bed, otherwise a really poor hotel. Hard to believe it could even be 4 star, definitely not 5 star.         I’m not quite sure how this hotel has 5 stars! Pros: - Room was big - Next to kings cross - Smooth check in & nice people Cons: - Walls are super thin (or maybe connected vents??) and I could clearly hear the conversation of our neighbors - Seems like the WiFi network blocked Netflix and possibly all streaming services -Small details overlooked such as coffee cups were too big for coffee machine, hotel didn’t have a scale (useful for travelers trying to weigh bags before flights) - Not clean; mold in the bathroom - Missing shower curtain so water got everywhere during shower; Once informed about the shower curtain, they did not fix or follow up - No amenities like gym - Couldn’t turn on hallway room lights - Can’t open windows to get any fresh air Note: Normally I wouldn’t care about any of these cons but I have higher expectations for a 5 star hotel

        Rooms beautiful clean comfortable, almost perfect. Location was perfect however the breakfast was very very disappointing. Waited 50 minutes for an under cooked breakfast. Couldn't even get milk and coffee when I asked numerous of times. Only to eventually get coffee and no milk. Real shame because everything was perfect till breakfast. Really put a damper to a almost brilliant hotel. 5stars definitely not with the service and staff. 3 stars unfortunately.
