There’s a stinky smell in between the couches. They need to do a better job at cleaning. In addition, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The flat iron also didn’t work, so we had to ask for an extra one. For the price we paid, I think there shouldn’t have been any issues. I stayed in room 601. Other than that, it was a fine stay. I enjoyed the free 24/7 drink bar by the lobby. As well as the bathing amenities (free bath salts). The jacuzzi bathtub was very soothing; I thoroughly enjoyed that. It was so relaxing. I’d stay here again.

Location was good and room was good enough apart from a few broken/unusable furniture (bed side charging outlet wasn't working). Breakfast was simple but nice. We were able to check in two hours early for an extra fee even though I asked pretty late on the morning of the same day we were staying. The hotel has a love hotel kind of vibe so I would recommend it for couple mostly.

We left our trash at the trash can, and they ignored it on the cleaning,leaving it to us the trash from the past day to the next day. It wasn't a long time from the cleaning until we came back to the hotel but it might have started smelling. There was no way they they didn't notice because the trash was in a big portion,it was left on purpose. As a customer, it kinda feels frustrating thinking about their customer service

It is a budget hotel as it claims to be and doesn't try to be anything else. Rooms are small but nice. Bathrooms are pretty clean and well sized, which matters to me the most. There was no wardrobe in my room and I had to literally live out of the suitcase. I didn't mind as I knew what to expect and I stayed there for a couple of days anyways. Location wise it's pretty awesome. Lots of eateries around, including seven eleven and family mart. Meguro station is five minutes by walk, so you can get around anywhere using the Yamanote line. I wouldn't mind staying here again but only for a few days. I wouldn't recommend this as a long term stay option.
