It is located close to Patong but very close to Hard Rock Cafe. constantly noisy. I booked this hotel because it said free parking. But there was only room for 2 vehicles and I could never park my car. They gave me a bed for my little baby, but the bed could not be adjusted. I returned it and our baby slept with us all week. breakfast is bad and inadequate. Don't choose this place. not worth your money

Great place in every way, quality and price both really good, I recommend a superior room with balcony, the sky pool is perfect for early morning or late afternoon swims and is open until 11PM, staff super kind and helpful. I would definitely come back.

It's close to the beach and night markets, but the bed could be tested on Mohs hardness scale! I'm in my 20s and after the third night I was unable to sleep because my back hurt so much. I've never had that happen, and each night it just felt worse. I asked for another comforter to sleep on and that did the trick. Pool is pretty good, wifi is pretty bad. Breakfast is mediocre and the staff are good. If you're a light sleeper, the base boosted tuk tuks and Hard Rock Cafe blasts deep into the night.

Location is ok. Staff can barely speak English although it is advertised as a Hotel. Reception made it very hard to get a second room key and kept telling us to come the next day. They kept our key deposit back. Will not return … ever…

A walkable distance to the beach and bangla street, many restaurant options are available just walking distance, cleaned room, rooftop swimming pool, small request to the owners to consider at least 30min adjustments in check in and out

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
