the room is leaking wind in and the tooth brush is charged. receptionist is friendly but the facility is not same value as the price. will not come again

It was a great hotel, a little unorthodox because it's not like a traditional hotel where you have someone in the lobby 24/7, breakfast in the morning or roomservice... but you're in Japan you're not their to stay in your room! The rooms were great, when we had a problem with one they switched us to another the very same day! Also the important things like a washing machine and dryer were present in the hotel. It's very close to Sanjo-dori which had a bakery and nice places to eat as well as Nijojo mae station which was nice when traveling through Kyoto. Definitely an option for the next time we visit.

Location is good and free laundry. Most of time not manned. Rooms are small for European standards but very clean. They don’t change bedding every day and you have to ask for clean towels but they complied nicely with requests. We stayed 4 nights and it is in nice area

The good: Okay location, clean and new rooms, free washing machines. The bad: Not really a hotel, just a room. Zero customer service, and zero facilities like food/drink etc - you check in by yourself on an iPad, and no staff to help if you have problems. Our room was extremely noisy with sound from the next room (cheap building with bad sound proofing?) so we couldn’t sleep at all...no staff to complain to, and felt unsafe (the noise was drunk people arguing loudly at 2am, banging around). Not even that cheap, definitely don’t recommend. And the bed was weirdly small - I’m average height but my feet dangled over the edge.

No-frills, simple, and affordable accommodations in quiet neighborhood close to Nijo Castle. Walking distance to several restaurants, train station, convenience stores, small street market, and Gold’s gym. Easy location to grab a taxi if you need to travel further. Perfect for our family of three over a long weekend. Check-in process could be confusing for someone who isn’t very familiar with technology, but is pretty straightforward. Would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
