The hotel is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is good and room service with a lot of choices. Breakfast has fresh food and big variety of food, drinks and deserts. Rooms are quite small but ok for Europe. Shower is big but water pressure might be better. Bathroom overall is small and might be difficult to walk around freely (in the room as well). Shampoo soap and other from ritual brand and overall quality of everything is very high. Good hotel for business stay, but I would not choose it for vacation.

Amazing service , beautiful rooms and view. The staff were wonderful but I’m leaving it at 2 stars because the hotel manager was extremely rude with me. Absolutely disrespectful.

Close to the airport, well equipped with comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The beds in the room are comfortable and the pillow selection is excellent, but unfortunately the soundproofing is not very good, so if the room next door is nes and conversations are very distracting. Late check out had to be negotiated at length and I ended up paying a hefty surcharge. But I had to pay out of necessity.

We call the pickup service when we arrive the terminal and we waited at the pickup point for 50 minutes, although the front desk told us that someone would contact us. At last there was nobody coming. We could only call a taxi to the hotel which caused extra money and nobody wanted to be responsible for it. And this hotel forced people to download their App for self-checkin. Even though you followed the stupid App and checked in, you still need to queue at the reception. I will NOT recommend the hotel.

Room standard: 5/5 Fast check-in: 5/5 Quiet rooms: 4/5 Breakfast buffet: 4/5 I'm a frequent traveller, so I have extremely high expectations when it comes to hotels. If you don't travel that much, add +1 star to my strict review :) Service was friendly at check-in, check-out, and when I visited the restaurant. Unfortunately, the employees working in the breakfast area were very serious and didn't respond to smiles and thank yous from the guests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food, a lot of it typically Spanish (including churros), which I really appreciated. Room standard was good, and the employees responsible for cleaning were very diligent.
