We had the pleasure of staying in a Grand Suite room at Melia Barajas before our trip to New York in October 2023, and the experience was truly fantastic. The room was a delight – spacious, immaculately clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities. The Rituals toiletries added a special touch, and the bed provided a comfortable retreat after a day of travel. We opted for the airport transfer from Barajas, a decision that turned out to be seamless and convenient. Even with two large suitcases and two smaller ones for our connecting flight the next morning, the staff handled everything effortlessly. Navigating our way to the transfer from the airport was a breeze, thanks to clear signage and helpful directions. The efficiency of the check-in process was noteworthy, with the staff displaying friendliness and professionalism. The overall experience left such a positive impression that we are already planning to return on our next trip to Madrid. We look forward to staying again in the future.

A good place to stay near the airport, but needs some simple repairs to look like a true four-star hotel: curtain hooks instead of scotch tape, fix water that switches temperature unexpectedly. Sound insulation is not the best, but acceptable. Reception may get crowded when big groups arrive, but the staff is very nice. Breakfast is good. Airport shuttle is easy to book and really convenient.

Let's start with the staff: extremely polite and helpful. It's always a great thing when you are met by a smiling and polite person after a long day of travel. The lady was so nice, it made a great impression. Everyone from the staff was ready to help, polite and smiling. Super thanks! Rooms were spacious and clean and the dinner buffet was nice. We had not time for breakfast as our flight was leaving early, but the experience was great overall.

First of all, this hotel is not very near the airport. You need to find the hotel shuttle and that takes 15-20 minutes to the hotel. Second, if you book privately, you may get a very nice spacious room, but if you're with a group, you'll probably get a poky little room in need of renovation. You get what you pay for! Third, the breakfast is excellent.

Totally fine. Stayed here due to a missed flight. This seems to be a one night and over hotel for most there. Room is dated in decor but all fine and comfortable. Restaurant and food were very good. We took a taxi from airport b/c we were impatient. Took no time and was maybe 20euros.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
