Stayed there from the 25th of December till January 7th due to some issues with our apartment and it was amazing from the start We booked the Level Room which was More than advertised , it provided us access to the lounge which was surprisingly quiet and always filled with some interesting treats and drinks The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities in the room were excellent . The reception staff and hotel staff were simply amazing, friendly, smiling and welcoming. - We had some issues which they were more than happy to help us by providing us with solutions and help with the language barrier. The breakfast was always great each and every morning, with the friendly Aqua restaurant staff always making sure everyone was happy.

Good business class hotel for visits to Düsseldorf. The location is near to the city center and the park is nice-ish but in winter not so much. The rooms are nice and clean. The selection in the restaurant is very limited so dining out may be a better choice.

We stayed in the Melia for 3 nights and are unfortunately quite disappointed. The hotel is located next to the beautiful Hofgarten and is very close to the city centre. Unfortunately, the rooms were less ideal. First we were booked in the wrong room (single beds instead of double bed). Then, we received a new room, which was less than ideal. The safe didn't work, one of the major lamps was defect, the bathroom door didn't close, and the worst of all was that the shower was incredibly dirty. The corners of the shower had visible mould and hairs were all over the floor. The cleaning staff came in 3 times, without knocking, without announcement, which is totally unacceptable. When we raised the issue with the concierge team, the individual was not impressed or shocked, didn't apologize, and just handed us keys to another room. Usually, you would expect at least an apology and offer a complimentary drink, or upgrade the room, but nothing. Very disappointing.

If you enjoy sleeping peacefully, I would advise against staying at his hotel. The ac was not cooling in our room, and the first two nights the staff simply said they’d “change the temperature from their end”. We eventually went down to speak to them about it and they offered us a change of room which was appreciated. They have a menu for different types of pillows you can order, probably because they’re already well aware of how horrible their current pillows are. We put in a request on the Melia app our third evening there. No one bothered to get us new pillows so we went down the fourth night to inquire thinking maybe it was just delayed. Turns out no one had bothered to check the request, and we were asking when the housekeeping team had left, so we were out of luck. Other than that, the rooms themselves are old but good. The hotel is situated close to two different subway stops and next to a tram stop so it’s easy to get around. The gym in the basement is pretty great by most hotel standards which was a pleasant surprise, and honestly the staff were very receptive to any issues we had. The housekeeping staff however seem to operate independently. I had a work call one day and put the do not disturb sign - they still attempted to enter. The next day we went out for the day and put the do not disturb sign up and we came back to them having entered our room. Overall positive experience, but I think we’d look at other options given the rates.

One night stay in this hôtel ! We loved it ! Beautiful room, the most comfortables pillows I ever tried in my life. Staff was very helpful. À lot of choice for breakfast buffet. The Only négative thing is the metro (tram?) line that we hear a bit at night and early morning. But besides that, great value for the price ! I recommend +++

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
