Absolutely amazing. We stayed in one of the Level rooms and it was perfect. The staff on Level 15 were so helpful, especially when our train got cancelled due to the strike. The customer service is 100%, the Level 15 was perfect, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We were there for the Heimtextil expo, and it was easy to walk across to it, and public transport was super close. We would definitely stay again.

We had an event the whole day on the 1st floor and one of the soap dispensers in the bathroom was empty. I informed the staff 6 times, no kidding, twice even managerial looking ones who called housekeeping; but still nobody filled the soap dispenser. Seriously, if I knew where the utilities were, I would have done it myself! Such a shame for a 4-star hotel… Besides this everything was fine.

Great pricing with excellent location. The hosts and staff were very friendly. They aided and answered every question we had. The rooms were very classy and trendy. Restaurant also offers a nice breakfast menu! The hotel to book when your staying at Frankfurt!

I wished I knew about this hotel long time ago. I travel frequently to Frankfurt and had visited many hotels but Meliá is the best hotel in Frankfurt and I’m sure in hole Germany. The room is big enough, has a big and comfy bed with comfy pillows and what I like the most is the breakfast, the best breakfast in hotel that I have eaten. Staff is super friendly. Location is perfect. The view it’s wonderful. Fully recommended!!!

We spent 3 amazing days there. The breakfast was delicious , the rooms were clean and comfortable and all the staff was polite and helpful. It’s near the tube station so it’s very accessible and you can go downtown easily. Also, the room view was breathtaking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
