Good value hotel. Amazing location and quietly tucked away from busy streets. The breakfast is nice but repeats quite a bit The rooms and facilities were in good order. TVs and telephones a bit dated. The staff were a mixed bag. Some were very nice - especially breakfast hosts and cooks. Other staff (perhaps some of the younger staff) a bit robotic/indifferent. My room card had some problems. They have a spa and bar. Overall good stay.

Was here for a conference and stayed at this hotel as well. Room was cosy if a little cold at times. Fixed simply by cranking up the heating and grabbing an additional blanket in the wardrobe. Good location, clean and great staff. Awesome bar as well - good portion sizes! Lunch is brilliant!

Oddly arranged entrance to the hotel where busses and cabs have hard time reaching the front of the hotel is a definite negative. Otherwise this upscale hotel is clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities expected of upscale hotel and the hotel restaurant served top notch breakfast. The hotel is located conveniently near the city center, close to all the attractions.

You book a hotel so you can sleep. Not hear doors banging, wind gushing through shaky windows, light piercing through curtains that don't close properly. This place is a trap and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You pay for 5 stars but it's really only worth 3 stars. This hotel needs an upgrade or lower their prices to match the expectation.

It's disappointing that they advertise as 5 stars. felt like 2-3 star property. Old property and dated but great location on grand via. Breakfast was above average. Overall service was good but if you're expecting 5 star experience look elsewhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
