A superb hotel with very friendly staff, at dinner Mrs. Mamen is extremely professional and very helpful, the head of the kitchen Metre Juan is a good organizer and very friendly. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception will solve any problem immediately. The lady who cleans the room is impeccable. The food is very good and varied, especially at dinner. I recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back.

We selected this hotel primarily because we are typically fans of the Melia chain. However, regrettably, my experience with the spa area left me greatly disappointed. It was almost non-existent in terms of quality and amenities. During my facial treatment, I encountered significant issues. Within a few minutes, I had to switch from the full treatment package to the basic one because some of the products got into my eyes, forcing me to rinse them. Instead of enjoying the treatment, I found myself counting down the seconds until it was over. My recommendation is to seek spa treatments outside the hotel. On the bright side, the hotel's cleanliness was satisfactory. If you have reserved The Level, I highly recommend speaking with Nicole for any general inquiries, as she genuinely knows the meaning of customer service and hospitality.

Great location with easy access to banus. Fantastic balcony which sadly was in the shade all the the time we were there and the smell of weed coming up from other balconies was horrible. We really loved the level which could give a little bit of escape sometimes 😁. Room service really was basic and sadly lacking with a finishing touch however always fulfilled and clean. Was disappointed to find broken glass which I picked up and was never actually taken away. That said it was a fab break.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. We went as a large group for a team building experience - the hotel provided space, support and great availability to our needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and the facilities were clean and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are specious and bed is comfortable. The hotel has everything you need for a short business trip and is well located to the Center and beach. The pool was cold but other than that everything was perfect. Special thanks to Marina who supervised our stay and was incredible throughout the whole process. Will come back for sure.

Great location with walking distance to Puerto Banus. Room size is relatively large with nice balcony, beds are also comfortable. However, keep in mind it is not very new hotel! Reception staff are very friendly! Thanks to Sergio he helped us a lot!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
