We booked the exclusive “the level” room stay. However, while directed to a private check in area on arrival, there was nobody to check us in for almost 15 minutes, we would have checked in quicker at the normal reception as there was staff there. The room also had no working A/C (room was very hot, especially at night) and TV reception was poor. The private lounge was a nice touch however, breakfast and snack options were very limited. Location was good with close proximity to a Metro station around the corner. The hotel was clean and well kept throughout.

Very beautiful hotel. The rooms are gorgeous. We were upgraded which was a nice gesture. :) The hotel is not in the city center, but not far enough that it’s impossible. About 2.5 miles from Duomo. I liked it because it meant less tourist traps. Hotel restaurant was really expensive but tasted incredible. Definitely would stay again.

5 Star breakfast buffet - lovely. Loved the top floor room underneath the cell phone tower. Only let down was the TV. The greetings screen you can’t escape, it’s all in Italian and after 3 days I finally succumbed to calling in maintenance to show me how to work their top secret TV remote.

Stayed here for one night and it was a mediocre experience. The room was terrible and our view was simply another wall of the hotel. The lobby was decent looking, but the rooms are not 5 star quality. The AC didn't work either and we were quite hot all night. I'm not sure how this hotel got a five star designation. The location is also not convenient to anything and the area did not seem nice. To top it off the man taking our bags up to our room made a remark about my last name to the person at the front desk.

Amazing experience, the hotel is very beautiful. The service was really good and the staff was kind and professional. Our room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast is amazing, coffee from machines, juices, mineral water and great tasty food everyday. Thanks! I recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
