This hotel is a much higher rating than it deserves. Pros: - the room is pretty and spacious - great views over the river - beds were comfortable - had cooking facilities in the room - inside the room was quiet Cons: - huge hotel that is VERY busy in the lobby. Felt like a cruise ship almost - a massive leak in the ceiling spread and dripped all over the floor near the bed. It was so gross. The staff did not offer any sort of compensation for this inconvenience

Glad to meet and have wonderful genuine services from Korean manager 나은 Ms Naeun Kim cannot imagine she is in internship. Thanks. Also Korean manager 수빈 was wonderful. Nice view from hotel and recommended for family than couple. Mostly Package tour customers : Maybe 80% Korean + 10% Indian + 10% others

Incredable service I was welcomed warmly by staff with brighting smile. They introduced and provided me an awesome information. Especcialy Ms Mi is so beautiful and look profesional . And also, hotel facilities very good, heated pool, river view, convience location. Best hotel in my heart

Also in my message It seemed like I received a prompt reply and response, and the follow-up was very good. Ms.Le Dalena san, a hotel staff member, kindly apologized and even had my dress cleaned. The level of hotel service in Vietnam is extremely high, so I hope they will continue to do their best. I stayed in a junior suite and the view from the room was really nice. I recommend the Junior Suite as it is not much different in price from the Deluxe. There was an Eggs Benedict for breakfast. It was delicious. Surprise service from Ms.Le Dalena san Cappuccino for breakfast and cocktails for the evening. A Christmas cake was brought to the room. It's so cute that it's a waste to eat it.　It was very tasty. I had a fun three days. Thank you very much. --------------------------- When I opened the bottle of garlic in oil during breakfast at the hotel, the bottle of fermented garlic exploded and the liquid splattered out. My dress and my hands are full of liquid. The reason the liquid in the bottle in the photo is low is because it flew towards me. When I told them about this and asked them to clean my clothes, I was surprised to hear that there would be a charge. I told them that there was a problem with the hotel management, and that I was not at fault, so I would like them to cleaning it for free. I was told that I would check with the manager. The general manager doesn't come to apologize and said in the message that the fee would not be free. I've stayed at many hotels, but this is the first time I've experienced such poor service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
