        Great location near pubs, stores, and commuter hubs. Small rooms, but they are well appointed. Great lobby area for catching up with friends. The breakfast service is the best. The dinner service is absent at best. The food is good, but not outstanding. The bar area is stylish. However, you will need to do the work to order drinks or food. If you order share plates for the table, you will have to ask for napkins, utensils, and small plates. Each night, we had the same experience. The front desk is great! Staff is friendly and helpful.

        Well located and with good mobility options to connect with the city's main tourist attractions. Clean, both rooms and common areas. Kind and helpful staff. Self check-in/out option. I hadn't been in a Melia for a while and it really impressed me. Only three comments for the hotel to consider: 1. height of the soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom should be lower 2. only two (out of four) working elevators and 3. lobby should have a ramp to facilitate the lifting/lowering of suitcases guests. Highly recommended and already a reference in London!!!

        The guest experience was superb. We were taken care of the moment we stepped in the door. Our suite was spacious, clean and decorated with a stylish design. The entire hotel is partly renovated, the lifts need an upgrade as slow but not too bad, just don't be in a hurry to leave for an Uber like we were. Meeting rooms and events are well serviced here too. The level entrance is a hidden gem and the level itself is for suites to use. Really big areas and overall impressive location and size of the hotel.

        My experience at the Meliá White House has been a mixed one. I'd like to commend the exceptional service from Mr. Amus, the maître at "The Level." However, there are areas that need improvement. Communicating with the service staff was challenging due to their limited English, resulting in difficulties in requesting basic services. While the check-in process was efficient, the receptionist lacked the warmth typically associated with Meliá. Crucial information, such as the restaurants included in the half-board, was not provided. Despite booking a Deluxe room with a confirmed upgrade to a junior suite, we were assigned an undesired family room. The lack of attention to reservation alerts was evident. The stain on the sink and the incomplete half-board menu with supplements were disappointing. I highlight the quality of the shower and the excellent breakfast at "The Level." Despite necessary improvements, the prime location and the hotel's potential suggest that with adjustments, it could shine even brighter.

        Broken shower on check-in. Even when fixed the shower isn't for anyone 6ft or above. If you book the apartments, be prepared to be treated as 2nd class citizen. Not allowed in certain areas (not mentioned when booking), and I guess they figure that you'll be cooking so not spending money in their restaurant, so not interested. Even though the room cost us over 2500+ for a week. The apartment we got was very old, horribly awkward layout. So many heavy doors and they all self close fast and aggresive, making it a bad experience moving around the rooms. 1 day there was no water in the entire hotel. When calling reception or concierge, they would juat hang up on you. House keeping answer the phone with a "yep," proving the unprofessionalism.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
