We stayed 3 nights here and did not have a good experience. It started with the check in process. We arrived at the hotel around 11am and asked the receptionist if she was able to check us in early. She said no our room is not ready. Considering checkout is at 12pm and we had arrived to the hotel waiting in the lobby since 11am, our room was not "ready" till 2:45pm. From past experiences the receptionist would make every effort to expedite the cleaning process of the room reserved for us. On top of this, there was another guest who arrived after us, but was checked in before us. The receptionist went to retrieve them from another part of the hotel to assist them with check in while we had been waiting in the lobby. Also, the staff is not very friendly and barely greeted us upon exiting and arriving in the lobby. They only change the bath towels and beach towels every three days. The worse part of our stay were cockroaches. We entered our room at 9pm and as soon as we turned the light on a ton of small and medium roaches were running along the sink, kitchen counter and cabinets! When we arrived back home and started unpacking, there was a live cockroach inside of my backpack. It was an awful experience and don't recommend staying here. I am not sure how this hotel has received 4.6 stars.

Super cool apartment hotel with a stove, microwave, fridge/mini free freezer and other home and kitchen appliances. Strategic location next to Walmart, Playa del Carmen center and other vibrant streets. There's a rooftop pool with a nice view of playa and there's also a basement parking. Friendly and helpful service, but could have been more generous with the towels,lol. Loved it overall

Great hotel. Balcony in every room, kitchen so you can make tea or coffee. Quiet place so you can sleep. Just the pool on the roof is super cold 🥶 atleast for me. We visited 4 mexican states and 6 hotels, and Meliora is absolutely the best hotel I have been in here.

Very good location and room for this price. Modern-style condo with a kitchen and utensils. The room seemed clean to us and their housekeepers asked every day if we would like to have the room clean. We guessed it was because of the previous reviews. Close to 5th Avenue, the main street, but on a quiet street which was great for sleeping. Lots of cheap good street food around. We highly recommend checking out Asado Argentino Pdc if you stay in this hotel. The rooftop pool was nice as well. Too bad the jacuzzi jet wasn't working. The receptionist was available 24/7 and helped us to order a laundry service to pick up our clothes (they don't have laundry services at the hotel).

The hotel isn’t as attractive as the pictures. The rooms look nice but aren’t really clean. The bed sheets are not so welcoming, the water pressure is low and has warm-ish water. The receptionist isn’t really helpful and not patient. The pool area looks nice but the pool itself looks disgusting, I wouldn’t go in at all. Wouldn’t recommend, add some money for a better place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
