        Clean, other than that not a good hotel. We booked well in advance for a room with 2 beds, we show up and they tell us we're getting a king bed. When asking them why, they said "it doesn't matter what you booked, we just give you what's left". So since we arrived late we don't get the room WE RESERVED. On top of that rather than apologizing and offering the rollaway bed for free, they charge us 200 rials for it. Service is bad, breakfast is okay, most housekeeping staff are great but the guy who answers the phone are rude.

        Frankly, I wasn't much impressed at first day as the room didn't have big full size window as usually we have most of the hotels and especially in India. However, later when I searched for other options for accommodation, I observed that this is best in the locality. I stayed there for 14 nights. It was really good experience. They have a good variety in breakfast however they repeat the same every day. They have small but good Gym and indoor pool, sauna and steam, Wi-Fi with good speed. Its a spacious room and always cool and cleaned. I had to switch off the A.C. quite some time despite being 40-43°C temperature outside [July], because even corridor were maintained with good 23°C. Staff was very courteous and assisted wherever they could. Comparatively they charge slightly upper side, but overall it was worth and good experience to stay.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
