I stayed at the same hotel twice on my vacation to Morocco . This hotel was booked by the tour operator on the basis of location which was good. The first time a few of us were given extremely small rooms and the others big rooms. No one knows who's fault. The second time we were all given big rooms with a welcome note. After a long wait of more than 30 minutes we found our bags at the reception and were informed no one was available to drop it to the room, we wanted to take our bags by ourselves in the first place but we were asked to leave it as it would be sent to the room. The hotel is located just next to the famous Hassan Mosque and a few good places to dine. Not a bad hotel if given the right and big room. The flow of water in the shower was extremely slow.

I stayed at this place recently, and I must say, it had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the location was great, and the staff were friendly. However, there were several issues that made the stay less than ideal. The rooms had a noticeable damp smell, and the shower leaked water all over the floor, plus the water was consistently cold. The walls seemed paper-thin, making it easy to hear noise from the corridor, neighboring rooms, and upstairs. To top it off, there was evidence of mold and a damp smell in the kitchen cupboards. In summary, it's a convenient location with friendly staff, but the room conditions left a lot to be desired.

Assalam Alaikum, I am in Casablanca once again. My tour is in Morocco and I have stayed in this hotel twice. The problem with Melliber Apart Hotel is that these people check in at 3 o'clock. After 4 o'clock, they keep you seated from morning to evening. Their staff's attitude is not good. This hotel is perfectly fine in terms of overall location, but their staff's attitude and checking time is not good at all. They start after three o'clock and keep you seated until five o'clock in the evening, which is not very good for a traveler. Accordingly, you should give them check-in at 2 o'clock, but they don't talk to you, you go to their reception again and again, they say you are completely free, they don't think it is appropriate to listen to you, this is the attitude of the staff and I Do not recommend tell anyone

Really good location right next to the Hassan II Mosque. The rooms were super spacious. The views were amazing. We stayed twice during our trip to Morocco. Both times on the 7th floor. I'm not sure what happened when they renovated the bathrooms but the first room we had was great but smelled very strong like mildew. The bathroom was practically unusable. The shower leaked into the bathroom which leaked into the bedroom and the first shower we took left standing puddles everywhere. We didn't want to use the bathroom after that. The second room we had also leaked everywhere but we mopped it up after showers and could use the bathroom. The room was clean and the linens were perfect. The terrace was incredible. Walking distance to cafe's and stores, etc. Parking was heaven and the staff were very pleasant. There was a safe in the room and laundry service at great prices.
