Accessible and just near the train station, staffs were good. They had wait us until we arrived to the hotel since we had a delayed flight. Only that during our stay the wifi is not working due to maintenance as the caretaker said. And better if staff will able to speak english too.

Very accessible from the main street. Walkable distance to the city centre. Very strong airconditioning. Rooms are en suite with bathroom. Feels like a 2-3 star hotel. The lady staff are nice and can speak some English. Cleaning of the room does not take place every day. Accommodations in Firenze were expensive compared to other Italian cities when we travelled so this is the best value we could find that is near city centre. We stayed here so it’s close to Piazzale Montelungo where we booked a trip to Montalcino, Pienze, and Montepulciano.

Very convenient if you are going to the train station or airport. It is a little out of the centre so if you want to see the tourist attractions then there will be a little bit longer of a walk to get to them. Also remember that this is a B&B (despite when we stayed still having a COVID friendly packages breakfast even though we shared a bathroom?) It was very good for the price however.

Caveat : front desk times. Wouldn't recommend if one wants to leave baggage there while exploring city after checking out because desk closes at 3. Late check in was very difficult as the person who is in charge after the office closes only speaks Italian. It seems the latest one can check in was between 8 and 10 pm with previous notification. Luckily our booking website had an Italian translator to help solve the issue (if you're wondering our flight was delayed heavily).otherwise the room was pretty big for a hostel and the bathroom kept tidy. Breakfast was hard packaged bread ,an assortment of other fresh breads or pastries , pre packaged jams etc and one yogurt. Hostel seems quiet enough for a hostel. Easy walking to downtown although the areas around the main train station are not the best. Friendly staff.

We just stayed for two nights and I really like this place. Very clean and the staff is great! So polite and willing to help. Price is very fair. Keep in mind there is not always some body is reception and if you are coming with small children is about 15 min walk to main attractions in Florence so the walk might be a little bit too much for the little ones.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
