Our stay at Melrose Sorrento was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed by Isa who was very kind and accommodating after our flight was delayed. The room was beautiful and clean, and we had an amazing breakfast delivered right to the room. Would definitely stay again.

The room was great. Spacious, clean and well styled. The location is also great as it’s a few minutes walk to the main strip of shops and restaurants, the only thing I can fault is that the building from the outside isn’t the nicest and not having a concierge there 24/7 makes it hard to book last minute transfers and requests.

We got lost getting there from the train station. It really is a 10 minute walk, once we knew where we were going. The B&B is really an apartment in the building. It's really clean. Bathroom was really big. Super clean. Balcony was really nice. The breakfast was spectacular, Mel (Emanuela) made it with such love every morning. She really spoiled us. Brought it to our room each morning. We loved it so much, we stayed an extra night. It's a great location to make your base to visit Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Amalfi Coast. Capri Island. All those locations are a short train ride, bus ride, or ferry ride. The people in the town are very friendly and helpful. Most speak English. There are a lot of stores for shopping anything you want or need. Tons of restaurants. Supermarkets. Very safe. Overall a great place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
