We had a great 4-night stay at the Memoria! Every member of the staff that we met was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spreads were diverse and delicious. The hotel is in a great location by lots of food and sights, and it made it an easy walk back after our nights out. We loved getting to hang out and read in the second floor living room as a break during our late afternoons, and the snacks left out in the afternoons were very appreciated too. Thank you for your hospitality!

My flight was cancelled and I was able to get here from the airport very easily by metro. The receptionist employees were kind, the bed was comfortable, and they were able to store our luggage while we walked around in the morning. Overall, a great stay!

We loved our stay at Memoria. Very clean and well appointed room. Nice breakfast, great staff and location. The communal lounge area is good to relax in with drinks and snacks available at all hours. Highly recommend.

Stayed here in mid June. Amazing location, staff was friendly and helpful. Nice and clean hotel. Room had unique layout and was quite big for being in the city center. Only downside is there was no mini fridge in the room and breakfast only starts at 8am, which is not ideal as tourists as most of the tours start at 8am (however the food was excellent). If the breakfast was at 7 it would be perfect! Overall, would strongly recommend.

Good hôtel and friendly staff. Room was ok but not amazing for the price. Location is really good. You can definitely improve the breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
