Very nice location.5 mins to Train Station.i stayed in Single room small but fine and ok for one person but the bathroom is old ,Very small and mucus.it was cleaned everyday. The receptionist was a little bit unfriendly .I couldn't recomend it for family with children because every corner is full with Junkie and drugs. I saw hell.

This hotel is beyond Holliday Inn. Staff is very friendly, good and healthy breakfast for 10€. (Not a scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, all the junk food you get in the States) The lady in the kitchen was very nice, offered me to boil the egg the way I wanted it, since the eggs at the breakfast buffet were hard boiled. You get more service for the price you pay to stay. Los of restaurants nearby, conveniently close to Hauptbahnhof (train station) Overall, I was amazed. Clean rooms. Total stay including stay and breakfast for 1 night and tourist tax 76€ downtown Frankfurt!

However, it's worth noting that the neighborhood falls short of being ideal, as it exhibits some cleanliness issues and can be quite noisy.

In order of preferences: staff, staff, staff, private carpark, room,…… and location at very last. Staff is amazing, they do their best to make you fell at home. Private carpark is very convenient - just for 10 euro per day. Room is OK. Location is not the best in world. No issues but don’t really feel safe at night.

Hotel is decent with a very nice reception and service, but I have mixed feelings about the location. It's easy to travel, but the street and neighbourhood is dirty with many unconscious/drunk people at night. Also, no regular grocery stores around.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
